Matt is currently working toward his prosthetic and orthotic assistant certification. He looks forward to helping a patient go from their wheelchair to walking. Before transitioning to POP, Matt was a mechanical engineer, but a car accident led him to explore a career where he could provide patients the same kind of care he received. Matt finds joy in the POP profession because everyone is built different, which creates endless approaches to helping someone. He likes learning about the unique technology involved in POP and hopes to explore it more as a future professional in the field.
