With a passion for healthcare and building things, a career in POP just made sense for Jackie. She has twenty-five years of experience working as a certified prosthetist orthotist (CPO). Jackie liked that POP offered her flexibility in school and exposed her to a little bit of everything, from patient interaction to using tools. The best part of her day is getting to know patients and their families and following them as they achieve their goals. Jackie recently shifted gears and uses her POP knowledge to teach high school students in Spring, Texas about the benefits of a career in healthcare. She loves offering students the opportunity to learn about POP early on in their education.
