Greg had never heard of the POP profession until his grandmother, who had type 1 diabetes, needed a partial foot amputation. She began seeing a pedorthist, and Greg was so impressed with her care and the various devices he saw in the office that help so many people with mobility issues that he decided to pursue a career as a pedorthist. Greg loves that this career allows him to help people by combining health, science, math, patient care and even entrepreneurship. Greg opened his own clinic this year in Saint Peters, Missouri to be able to help more medically complex patients.
