Evelynne Wolf

Evelynne’s interest in POP began during her biomedical engineering courses, where she became aware of the profession’s scope and impact.  Taking the initiative to learn more, she arranged a shadowing day at a local clinic and the experience captivated her.

Since her first shadowing day, Evelynne has grown more motivated and inspired to help patients move better. She practices her fabrication skills in the lab and works with patient models at Northwestern University, enjoying every aspect of the profession. “I feel most energized when working directly with patients and look forward to forming relationships with my own patients someday,” she says.

Evelynne plans to become a certified prosthetist orthotist and hopes to work with veterans and older adults. “I love learning from these patients and hearing their stories. I want to be an advocate for them and improve their quality of life.”
