Chris is a certified prosthetist orthotist in Richmond, Virginia. He is fascinated by how the human body works, especially the connections between the body and the brain. He sees POP as putting the puzzle pieces of the body and brain together to help his patients. Chris studied kinesiology as an undergraduate and received his master’s degree from California State University – Dominguez Hills, where he met his wife, a fellow POP professional. He now manages a POP clinic and helps patients recovering from strokes or diagnosed with other neurological conditions. Chris’ favorite patient memory is working with a young mom who had a rare disorder that significantly limited her mobility. Chris worked closely with her doctors to help her get back to playing with her son, running and even snowboarding.
