Jane Roberson

Jane is a certified personal trainer who competed in swimming and cheer when she was younger. Motivated by her passion for movement, she went to Auburn University to study kinesiology and exercise science and planned to become a physical therapist.

During her senior year of college, Jane began to reconsider. She also loves art and design and wanted to find a way to use her creativity to help patients. A mentor recommended she shadow at a POP clinic. At the clinic, Jane saw a patient take their first steps in months using a prosthesis. Seeing the joy on the patient's face was the ‘lightbulb moment’ when Jane knew she wanted to become a POP professional.

Jane is finishing her prosthetics and orthotics master’s degree at the University of Texas Southwestern and working as a personal trainer at her local YMCA. She is excited by the limitless opportunities that a POP career offers and looks forward to using her POP skills and personal training background to help people of all ages and fitness levels keep moving.
