Skye Love

Skye devoted countless hours at the gym as a cheerleader, perfecting back handsprings and high kicks. Through this dedication, she learned that success doesn’t come easily—it takes practice, discipline and commitment to develop new skills and improve performance. That same philosophy now guides her POP journey.

“POP is a challenging profession that requires devotion, continuous learning and creativity,” Skye says. Motivated by her passion to help others, especially children, she is inspired by her spinal and cranial orthotics courses at Alabama State University. She enjoys learning about pediatric conditions, treatment approaches and how orthotic interventions can support children’s development and improve their quality of life. Skye feels confident that her future as a certified prosthetist orthotist lies in pediatrics.

Building on her experience and education, Skye looks forward to learning about new technologies and advancements as she continues her studies. “The POP profession combines hands-on care and innovation. I can’t think of a more exciting profession to pursue.”
